Psychedelic Therapy, a powerful tool for personal growth.

Having worked as part of the research team at MAPS EU. I am passionate about the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy in trauma and PTSD. I am dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of these therapeutic approaches.

In my practice, trained to work as a trauma-informed Psychedelic-assisted therapist, I prioritise providing an ethical frame work, in a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences openly.

The therapeutic process can begin before your experience with work in preparation and intention setting.

After a non-ordinary state experience, I offer supportive integration sessions, guided by these pillars - Emotional, Somatic, Relational, Lifestyle & Connection to nature.

Recognising that everyone's journey is unique, I assist clients in navigating the visual, physical, and psychological facets of their experiences. Together, we work towards gaining insights that inform their past, present, and future.

“Integration is understood as the work that needs to take place after the experience, to ground the outcomes, of discovery of ourselves & weave any new perceptions from the psychedelic experience into our day-to-day lives”
